On one recent Sunday afternoon, there were no less than seven Caddo Parish Sherriff's cars working a 10 mile stretch of Hwy 71 North of Shreveport. Saw numerous cars and m'cycles pulled over. They hide in the edges of fields of corn and other tall crops.

Comment (12/2004): Have always seen some sort of police on either side of the line...never seen more than 4 units.

Comment (2/2005): I lived in Ida for about 8 years, always saw more troopers in arkansas the louisana but yes more into louisana going to s'port there was a lot of hwy patrol.
