Locan and State cops set up along Hwy 308 near the St. Thomas Bridge between Napoleonville and Labadieville. They turn off their parking lights or hide in the cane fields, and set up with K or Ka radar, usually at night or early morning. This is a "honey hole" for them, with many easy tickets issued.

Comment (9/2005): you forgot to add hiway 398 between Bayou L'ourse and Labadieville.they will follow close behind trucks loaded with sugar cane.They will also get you before you can slow down after you pass another car.
