Through the business district of Boutte. It's a five lane highway with a 35 MPH speed limit, which is hard to stomach when you are driving through. Troopers or deputies generally locate on either of the West or Eastbound lanes and set up radar. They catch a load of people.

Comment (3/2004): I live in that area too and I usually do about 5 over but I know not to do much more or else !

Comment (3/2004): yeah i live in the area. it is really hard to go 35 mph around there. u can usually go bout 5 mph over and the cops dont care but keep an eyes out if ur speeding.
