A maroon car will slow to 10mph and hit brakes repeatedly just before a passing zone in a 25 mph zone by the Police Station. Do NOT pass this car, they will speed up, and not allow you in, then will tailgate. Although the officer will pull both of you over, it's just to ask how fast they think you were going and they will leave. You will then get a ticket with numerous hyped up complaint- largely things you cannot prove in court-of course. This happened to me and I saw it happen to someone else.
