The motorcycle cops park inside the rotary out of view and nail you as you approach the rotary. The posted speed limit is 25 mph which is a crawling pace and everyone gets stuck. This happens on the east side as well about 50 yards from the rotary the cruiser is parked on the right side with his radar.

Comment (6/2004): I came to this site for the express purpose of seeing if this one was on here. The worst! I go this way to work every day. It's insane seeing 6 people pulled over by 1 cop. And the 25 mph limit is ludicrous.. the day after I got a ticket here I went exactly 25 and people honked at me to get the hell out of the way. And they were right.
