Usually Two State Trooper cars parked in the access entrance to Old Emmorton Rd. prior to the traffic light at Wheel Rd. RT 924 is downhill from St. Mary's Church Rd.to the entrance to Old Emmorton Rd. From midnight on to morning.

Comment (8/2004): I have seen Harford County Sheriff's sitting there too before. I have even seen the State Troopers shooting Laser there. Sometimes they are there before midnight aswell.

I have seen Harford County Sheriff's doing speed traps on Laurel Bush Rd. They sit on on Parallel Path with is a street in Laurel Valley that dumps out onto Laurel Bush. They get people on both directions. Also they sit just a little past there in the woods on the side of the road inbetween Laurel Valley and Box Hill.

Sets up radar at the Volunteer Fire House on Abingson Rd. 35 MPH Limit and going north bound from Rt 40 on Abingdon road, you can't see him until it's too late.

When you pass Ring Factory Road the State troops sit at the top of the hill below a little crest and hit you with Radar before you can see them. It is usually 2 or more troopers and they will sit there for as long as 6-8 hours usually starting in the am and going to early evening 3-4pm.
