Red light cameras announced to the public in May, active by July 1, maybe earlier. First installations spotted where Crofton Pkwy exit dumps into Rt. 3 at the Exxon station. Other locations include (but not limited to) Rt. 3 intersection at Rt. 424/Davidsonville Rd. All overhead cams, appear to be aimed at LH turn lanes, but exercise caution at all. This area resident obtained and found worthy a pair of "The Protector" license plate shields from radarbusters.com. Allows tag to be seen normally but blanks out with a diffuser hi/side angle views utilized by these cams. Apparently legal in all states, very unobtrusive.
