Going down edmonston towards the 7-11, the limit is 25. It's fairly easy to do 40-45. They sit at the intersection of tecumseh st and edmonston rd. and motion you over. They will pull you over for anything, including no front tags.

Comment (9/2004): People who turn onto this road from Kenilworth Avenue tend to think that the speed limit is the same for both roads. It's NOT. The speed limit on Edmonston RD is only 25 MPH. (It's a town street, not a highway.) It's posted TWICE on that small stretch of road before you get to Tecumseh Pl, and it's printed about four times in HUGE WHITE LETTERS on the roadway. Anyone who speeds with this many warnings in front of their face deserves a ticket!
