Heading northbound on Route 5, just before the light for Route 488/La Plata Road, there is a dirt driveway off on the road, concealed by thick trees. Cops park on that little half-driveway and wait for people to come up the hill. In the same area, they also like to hang out in the median with their trunks and hoods up, pulling over people from both sides of the road.
