Md. State Police use median and shoulders both Eastbound and Westbound Rt 50 between Davidsonville and Annapolis at various times of day. Maybe more often in afternoon. Radar and Laser devices detected.

Comment (7/2006): Usually seen in the highway median after the HOV lane disappears when heading East. Careful! I have seen multiple traps (three) heading 50 East on beach weekends, so watch your speed even after seeing the first one.
