Cop's in plain sight, so you should be able to slow down, but for some reason whenever I pass it I always see someone pulled over.

Comment (03/2007): The dopey drivers that disobey the speeds laws get caught speeding on Highway 4 with regularity. Aggressive drivers however are rarely touched since the police ONLY run radar. All one needs is a police scanner to determine where and when the police have a trap set up. Before and after the trap traffic is in full free-for-all. Aggressive driving, speed, red light and stop light running is PANDEMIC in Calvert County and elsewhere. We have huge numbers of dead on our highways every year. No one in law enforcement gives a damn. When is the last time you saw an FPor FOP plate obey the traffic laws?
