Police in Blissfield are always out looking for violators. They will ticket any one speeeding or driving aggressive. They will stop cars, trucks, semis or buses! They will park in all different areas and they have more than one patrol car on at different times. This small town of 3,400 people is the quickest way from Toledo Ohio up into Michigan going towards Adrian and the Irish Hills area. Becarful of the 5O in Blissfield!
Comment (4/2004): All too true. They are out daily and show no mercy. 24 hours a day, especially when the local factory workers are going to or coming from work.
Comment (7/2004): i travel through blissfield all the time, they are sneaky, and do write a lot of tickets
Comment (3/2005): I live in Blissfield. The speed limit east of Adrian through Blissfield changes from 55mph....to 45mph....to 35mph...to 50mph in a short distance of roadway soooo ya have to watch closely! The police will have NO mercy on you if exceed the limit, believe me! In such a small community, they have nothing better to do than make traffic stops.....
