Law Enforcement sits either on the enterance ramps to HWY 10 or hides undeerneath the bridge

Comment (6/2003): Rarely have I seen this. I travel that highway to and from work (Big Lake to Coon Rapids) everyday. This highway needs MORE patrolling in the Elk River to Anoka territory. While doing 70 in the slow lane, I have been cut off, tailed so close that I could almost read the VIN's under the front windshield. Too many idiots also seem to think that its ok to pass in between a car in the fast and slow lane. There's going to be some major fatalities on that stretch soon. We're busy enough at Mercy and North Memorial as it is, don't need to add to our census that badly!

Comment (7/2003): Ever since the bridge was built over 14/15 last year I have seen officers sitting on the ramps maybe 6 or 7 times. This is not a big speed trap you are more likely to run into officers going North on 15. In general there is not a lot of patroling in this area.

Comment (10/2004): This area is not a big speed trap area. The MN State Patrol occassionally sits there. I agree with previous comment. More enforcement is needed on Hwy 10 from Elk River to Anoka. The majority of the commute traffic is going 75 to 80 which is too fast for this congested road.
