Oakgreen Ave is a popular back route out of Stillwater/Oak Park Heights. The ~5 mile stretch after you make the S/B turn just south of Oak Park Heights is posted at 50 and can be trouble in the morning. Lots of residents like to go walking, and they complain all the time about traffic on "their road", so sherrif's deputies patrol it to appease them. If you're clean and not going way too fast you should just get a warning.
