Comment (7/2002): Be careful anywhere in Blaine. I was given a ticket and I wasn't even speeding. I went to court and the judge said it was his word against mine. He said he couldn't lock me in on radar because I was darting in and out of traffic. It was a total lie and they got away with it.
Comment (6/2003): I live in Blaine and the Police there will do anything to get that ticket out to you. I have had my share in speeding tickets as well as illegal lighting and other nonsense tickets. They will find any excuse just to pull you over. That is the way they have always been. And BTW, for those who do not know, the new City Hall and P.D. is located on 109th and Raddison, so the three major affected heavily traveled roads of 109th, Lexington and Raddison are all patroled quite frequently. Also watch out for "entrapment". Blaine Police like to try and use it and are 80% successful at getting away with it because people do not know what it is. Do not Let them GET AWAY with it people. Entrapment from the P.D. is ILLEGAL!! Fight your case if you get caught using it!
Comment (6/2003): That is a no brainer, it is where the PD is!
Comment (7/2003): entrapment? what do they do that you call entrapment?
Comment (2/2004): It's interesting how the Blaine police (and others) are often seen exceeding the posted limit by 15 to 20 mph without any emergency lights in operation. Perhaps they are above the law.
Comment (10/2007): In response to going 15 over: Police often start to speed up before they put their lights and sirens on when responding to a call. There are many reasons why you would see them as \"speeding\" if you didn\'t know anything about police-work.
