Comment (3/2003): Not only do they lurk, the ticket is registered with the state govt. of MI out-of-staters.

Comment (6/2003): I-94 doesn't go anywhere near Buffalo. This is the general area of Rogers-Albertville-Monticello.

Comment (7/2003): Milepost 190 is at the kink between two long, straight, flat stretches of I-94, 3 miles west of Monticello.

Comment (7/2004): WHat do you consider "near" buffalo? 10 miles is near in my book, though who-ever posted it probably just read the freeway sign which reads "Buffalo(on top) Monticello(on bottom) 2 miles"
