State Troopers will sit on Interstate 35, watching either directions. This is particularly common in the northern half of the county, from Moose Lake to Cloquet. Beware of this, because it is easy to speed (speed limit 70), and because there is a fairly low traffic volume, you stick out like a sore thumb!

state patrol enforce this area and even if you have a clean record will harass you! ask to see their radar if you are pulled over here they like to embelish your speed, i was passed by 2 semis and they pulled me over instead.
