Small Town speed trap, obviously they have financial interests in handing out moving traffic violations.

Comment (8/2004): I wouldn't call it a speed trap, as I very seldom see cops monitoring this part of US63. However, the speed limit does drop from 60 to 45 with no advance warning, so keep your eyes peeled just in case.
