The speed limit is 20 mph in the middle of town, Then turns into 30 mph for about two blocks and then back to 55 mph after city limits. Th city officer sits in the middle of town at the fire house or between the grain bins where he can't see the end of town. By the you get to to COOP,He is pulling you over giving you a ticket for doing 35-40mph in a 30 mph zone. I went to court and there was five people there all with the same speed

Comment (2/2006): We take speeding very seriously in our town.There are a lot of children in our town ,in most areas,we don't have sidewalks for them to walk on from place to place.You betcha,we take speeding very seriously.Our Officer does a good job watching out for speeders.If he states ,"you are going 45mph in a 20mph",then I'll betcha, you were.Slow down,have some respect for the town and the people in it,then you won't be getting ANY tickets.Will you?
