City police sit on bridge as people come into town from Hwy 11 South. the speed goes from 55 to 35. They have been sitting there at night with no lights on(which is illegal).

Comment (2/2003): Sitting with your lights off and running radar is not illegal in the state of Missouri.

Comment (5/2003): But it *IS* Illegal to park on any Bridge or Overpass, for whatever reason (this law does not exclude enforcement officers). And, it also *is* contraindicated by Law to sit parked alongside a right of way in the dark - you are creating a traffic hazard by doing so.
