Just east of Highway 87 north on Highway 312. Weekend nights there is deputies that will set up on top of the hill when heading east out of Billings.

Comment (3/2006): Yes they like the bottom of the hill there sitting in the construction zone. The speed limit is 35 through there but with as steep of a grade as that hill is you have to ride the brake all the way down
