Phillipsburg, Montana has exit ramps off I-90 on each end of town. Local police sit on the side of the only main street east of the gas station waiting for speeders. Posted speed limit is 25 mph. Difficult to keep speed that low as you are coming off freeway ramp. Night time is the worst and police car cannot be seen in the darkness.

Comment (6/2006): Phillipsburg is 27 miles from I-90! There is an entry/exit off I-90 at Drummond, 26 mi. due north of Phillipsburg. The sheriff DOES operate a speed trap on MT. Hwy 1 near the south turn-off to P-burg, but the speed limit there is not 25! It's a more moderate highway speed (I don't recall the exact speed limit).
