Havre is still out of sight. long straight highway preceeds trap...then a slight hill and curve at speed zone. patrol car is hidden behind small rise just west of 55 mph sign...on south side of road. patrol car has only 4 seconds to scan you. Slow down at "El Toro Motel" sign...it is your only chance.
