Highway traffic moves at 55 mph, then suddenly at edge of town, limit drops to 25 mph -- even when you start slowing immediately you're still trapped.

Comment (1/2003): Also, it is VERY easy to speed going over the overpass through town. The officers are generally friendly, but don't push their buttons or they tend to get a little testy.
