Local Police patrol this highway very well, and the signs don't lie, "Speed Limit Strictly Enforced"!!! They patrol this area even more during the school year, since the elementary school is right along the highway. This area is considered a school zone, and 1 mile over the 25mph limit, starts at $40!!!!!
