one HP sits under the under pass just before the construction, and 2 more act as runners and pull people over. used a fewe times, but anything 4mph or over the posted 40 will get you pulled over

Comment (6/2003): Sorry folks but whoever said Vascar was used is incorrect! Vascar is not used anywhere in N.D. Instead of getting bummed out about a ticket, just slow down to the posted limits!

Comment (05/2008): On I94 there is no posted speed limit under 65 mph as you go thru town. As of early May \'08 the hwy patrol still sits at various points on I94 soon after the posted speed limit drops from 75 mph to 65 mph. Sometime 3 hwy patrol cars at a time. They hide in the center ditch, under overpasses. Can\'t be seen until it\'s too late.
