While limits on many highways is 65, this stretch has 60 and 55 zones and is heavily enforced by Otoe and Nemaha county officers.

Comment (7/2004): I got stopped just south of Auburn by a Nemaha County Deputy Sheriff, he was polite and professional and I probably had the speeding ticket coming...it is really easy to speed through that area, watch out and make sure you slow down through that area.

Comment (11/2004): The Law Enforcement Officers on this stretch of road are sneaky also, they will tailgate a semi truck very closely with their radar on and ride the right side of the road so that by the time you see him (or her) it's far too late to slow down.
