When you enter Madison from Highway 81, which is a divided highway with a 65 MPH limit you pop over a little hill and there is a cop with a handheld radar parked near the intersection. The speed limit is 30 but 40 to 45 is the normal speed of traffic on this street.

Comment (2/2006): the description of speed trap is accurate but - it is a residential area and alot of children playing and living on that street. you can go @ 1 mile south of that intersection and enter Madison from the south via a truck route and bypass the city completely.
