The state patrol uses a helicopter to clock you from the air. This is a pretty common occurrence, and we've known people who've been ticketed not far west of the Gothenburg exit more than once. They clock you from the air and a unit on the highway will come after you as you pass.

Comment (2/2006): That would be an airplane, not a helicopter. NSP has no helicopters in western Nebraska.
