Watch the cops while driving through anywhere in Southern Bergen County. For months now, these towns have been in competition with each other, on who can give out the most tickets. The tickets range from moving violantions, DWI, and parking tickets. The worst part is, the local newspapers print the "totals" for the towns monthly. So beware, the cops do not give warnings any time of the month.

Comment (3/2003): IN Northern Bergen County, around the intersection of Rt. 4 and Rt.17, where the Garden State Mall is, the speed limit there is 40, and it is not posted anywhere. If you're travelling from Rt. 4, going by the Mall, be careful, there is a hiding place by the barriers that they hide. It is just before Sam Ash Music store on Rt. 4.
