Cop sitting at the grass of Exit 15 of Belt Parkway on both east and west bound during moring and evening rush hours. They usually sit right after the the overpass on both sides so there's no way to see them; but once in a while they sit before the overpass just to "scare" drivers out.

Comment (7/2006): Brooklyn/Queens ..... New Mexico ???!??? Shouldn't this be New York?????? I live in New Mexico and have never heard of a Brooklyn/Queens, New Mexico and we don't have Beltways !
