Patrolcars usually sit right across from Samuels, on a shoulder right next to Hill Street. Always at night, almost impossible to see until very close.

Comment (3/2006): That's a small neighborhood with lot's of children and pets. You shouldn't be going more than 30 through there. Lot's of trees and bushes make visibility tough for drivers and pedestrians.
