The trap occurs under the underpass with the cruiser tight against the middle abuttments. Since the Exit is also on a hard left curve, anyone violating while traveling south/east on 86 at that point will have a problem with the New York State Police.

Comment (1/2003): I ve been popped here once, and the Trooper was not only hiding well, but he followed me hanging back about half a mile until I saw him and then he felt the need to pull up and Pull me over. LUckily though, he did cut me a break.

Comment (9/2003): Plan on a NYSP to be at this exit at all times. Days, nights, holidays......
