Rest area is positioned in between the east and westbound lanes causing the interstate to separate. The employee parking lots are accessed from the left lane and there is an emergency u-turn spot on both sides of the rest area. Cops commonly sit here taking speeds. They can be viewed from the rest area skywalks.
