Be careful travelling up and down State Route 73 in Adams County, Ohio between State Route 32 and the town of Rarden in Scioto County. This two-lane highway is a major speed trap. The Ohio Highway Patrol like to sit on Coffee Hollow Road aiming X-band radar towards eastbound commuters. They also like to sit near the Adams County/Scioto County border. There have been many serious accidents and a couple of fatalities along this stretch of road in the past year, and the OSHP is frequently patrolling for speeders, drunk drivers, and aggressive drivers.
