Hides behind mini-storage on 4th St. Speed limit is posted only on signs as you come in to town not on city streets. Minimum fine is $135. Are told you are clocked with radar. When asked for proof, they are unable to show the radar, or say that you were paced instead.

You will find Chelsea PD parked in the center medians or on the railroad right of way. If you are more the two miles over the speed limit they will stop you.
