State police officer from the area in patrol car on the median at the bottom of hill. Sunday with motorists returning east from Portland. Speed limit ridiculously low, as throughout the whole state is 65. When caught with supposedly 88 mph, fine was $423.00.

Comment (8/2006): The 65 MPH speed limit signs are only posted every where on this interstate, failure to pay attention is hardly a good excuse.

Comment (08/2007): The highway patrol has a base here in this podunk town, watch out they will lie about your speed to reach their quota and yell at you if you ask any questions. Standard nazi tactics from these inbreads.
