Regularly manned speedtrap between MP40 and 41. State Trooper uses moving radar, makes the loop between the two weighstations at the top and bottom of the hill. My ticket received at 6:30PM on a Sunday evening, but when I went back on a Sunday afternoon, the trooper was there again issuing citations. Fine was ~$50 for 20 over the limit.
