Those Four Motorcycle Officers writ tickets there every day. They get you when you are coming down the hill, they hide behind trucks and shooot the old radar a you as you pick up speed and stay with traffic.
Comment (5/2006): Just had the same thing happen to me; on Knights Road; on the downgrade. The only thing that may help is that the officer made a few mistakes on the ticket; i.e. my address, vehicle owner. Obviously he doesn't pay attention?
Comment (4/2005): The bike cops are relentless, they are out ther every day. I swear they get paid per ticket.
Comment (4/2005): The motorcycle cops are mean and never give you a warning. Unless you're a cop.
Comment (4/2005): I have seen this many times, sometimes they all (5-6) do it at the same time. It looks like a parade.
Comment (6/2005): Municipal police in Pennsylvania can't use radar or laser, so that info is incorrect. Secondly, those officers are assigned to traffic details. So, what else would you have them do rather that traffic law enforcement?
Comment (1/2006): Those motorcycle cops are the worst. They all act like robots
Comment (2/2006): all the murders and drugs that go on in this city and they waste time with this ... need to go solve some real crimes!
Comment (3/2006): No. If he witnessed you commit the offense in Bensalem, he can pull you over. If you don't pull over until you're in Philly, or safety of pulling you over doesn't allow him to until you're in Philly, he's fine
Comment (3/2006): I have a question if a Bensalem cop pulled me over, and he had me pulled over in Philadelphia isn't he out of his district and the ticket should be dismissed?
Comment (3/2006): As long as the violation occured in his jurisdiction he can pull over outside his jurisdiction.
Comment (4/2006): It depends on where the cop initiated the or noticed the violation.
Comment (7/2006): By law, No police in PA.can use Radar except the state police. Only can use Vascar or Calibrated Speedometer.
