This road runs between Belmont Ave. and Monument Rd. and is a very common short-cut to the many offices along City Ave. and to the health club on the lower section of Monument Rd. The ENRADD device used does not use timing strips. It uses two sensor units (probably infrared) placed on either side of the road and the car passes through the 5 foot separation timing beam. Motorists should look for the sensor units on the side of the road, not for the timing strips. These beam-based timing units are becoming commonplace in Pennsylvania due to the legal restrictions placed on local cops preventing them from using RADAR.

Comment (4/2004): This speed trap is absolutely accurate. My best friend lives on Righters Ferry Road. The speed limit is 25 but people go flying down the road at 50 and 60. There are many children that live on this street and walk to eachothers' homes.
