cop sitting under the underpass just before exit 5a on I-95...there's a hill and then you're suddenly going under an underpass--that's where he sits.

Comment (2/2005): I agree.. lol There is also a state cop who sits along 95 south in the a.m. til about noon time right along side the medal fence before the Jefferson Boulevard exit. He nabbed my husband on that one on his way to work. Ahhh Love that Kent County Court house don't ya? Also.. at night.. they sit in the break down lane along that same strip with just there parking lights on as if they are pulled over foe something. When they nab you.. they flash their spot lights on you. Have seen it way more then once after a night out. Be warned! lol

Comment (7/2005): Ahhhh, Now they are sitting just PAST the exit, and on ramps at exit 5 (A & B) North bound. Even as earlie as 6:15 in the morning. Though if you keep it around 75 mph or under your ok, unless you are from out of state, and or driving a heep! Happy Motoring!

Comment (7/2005): I travel this stretch of I95 quite frequently. They like to set up almost anywhere after Exit 3 (N and S) where the median is grass, all the way thru to Exit 5

Comment (2/2006): Lesson my father taught me early on that is probably one of the best he taught me about driving: Any card stopped on the side of the road: assume it is a cop on speeding detail. You won't know if it is or isn't until it is too late - as the other poster found out the hard way! :)

Comment (11/2006): The state police also sit on 95S where 295 merges with 95S. They are on both the left (just after the overpass) and the right (on the median between 95S and 295S). They also sit just before exit 9 on the median. I'm sure everyone knows about that one.
