In school zone on winding rural road with posted limit of 35mph which drops to 20mph as driver comes around curve. The 20mph sign is about 300 feet from school entrance and is only visible after you negotiate curve. It is impossible to reduce speed from 35mph to 20mph after you negotiate curve. The police are parked on east side of Ministerial as one drives north on Ministerial. As you come around the curve at 35mph it is unlikely that you would be able to reduce speed to 20mph. There is very litle room or time for speed reduction to 20mph.
Comment (11/2005): Also in this area is a school with two entrances. They sometimes like to hang out in either of these entrances a few hundred feet back and watch you through the woods, ready to pop the radar as soon as you come into open view.
Comment (3/2006): This is Kingston, Soth Kingstown is thw governing municipality. There is no such place as Kingstown
