This is a 4 lane road with a 25 mph speed limit. The places the cops hide is nearly an art at this stretch of road. They hide in the beach parking lots at night near the bottom, and where Memorial Boulevard starts to climb noticeably, the cops hide in the turning area in the middle of the road (This is a divided road with turning areas throughout), and they look down the hill. Also, I've seen them hiding behind a fenced in area (I believe enclosing some water utilities) right before the hill begins.
