the speed jumps from 45mph to 35mph quickly. there is always an officer waiting in the city limits of anderson to bust you. if you see a white or black officer driving a police car without lights on top, beware of them, their only purpose in life is to make us miserable. oh yea, stay away from the mall area after dark, they are lurking in the belvedere parking lot looking for anything!
