The Sheriff's Dept hides off the side of the road and ytou cant see them until it is to late.

Comment (6/2006): The J.A. Cochran Bypass is a trap in the morning as kids are going to Chester High and again in the afternoon at dismissal. Hwy. 9 toward Lancaster is always patrolled. Hwy. 97 from Chester toward Great Falls is becoming very dangerous for speeders. No mercy.
