I-20 Westbound .. GSP has been in median past 4 weekends on Saturday mainly. Got a ticket for 89/70 when in actuality, my GPS unit showed Max Speed of 74MPH for a full 163 miles of my trip, so not sure if his unit was in calibration or not, or he shot the big truck that just passed me flying low and I got pulled for it ..

Comment (8/2006): I agree that it is a speed trap, but it is needed and anyone that travels I20 usually know that they are there, if you are not speeding than you have no worry

Comment (11/2006): yes this is very true. nomally there will be a police car around 13-16 marker going west almost any time of the day. i travel this road about every other day.

New Ellenton POlice constantly patrol this area all day every day 180.00 no matter what amount over speed limit you maybe traveling.
