Wait around the bends. Will even park by a 45mph sign and say the limit is 35mph. Ticket is at $100.00 now. Getting more agressive.

Locally the word is this is a set up and a money mill. Most lately, they have been aiming their measuring device at a 23900 volt substation to take their readings. They like a hot day when the road is steaming heat waves too. They use the highest dollar fine and double that for costs.

Coming toward Adams Run from US 17 speed limit drops from 55 to 45 and then 35. Well marked, but can sneak up on you if you are unfamiliar with the area. Also use caution coming out of Adams Run (around curve on 174) heading toward 17. People often speed up around the curve heading out of the 35 zone and a Charleston County Deputy Sheriff is waiting on the side of the road.
