Officers will sit behind a fenced-in driveway (that is actually legally a roadway), just past I-30 (Connector) and clock on motorcycles or in a squad, unmarked or marked, as motorists travel NE on Harborview (away from Folly Rd.)

Comment (2/2003): This, in my opinion, is heavily patrolled. They will get you for anything over speed limit (40). They also sit across the road at the front of another street that you cannot down when going around the curve. Go only 40 mph.

Comment (10/2003): Also, be especially careful in the morning as the speed limit is 25 mph starting before the Hess, and after the Elementary school. I see people pulled over here almost every morning. They clock you from an empty parking lot right after the Hess station.
