. You will see him sitting at the boat shop on the Hwy. using his radar waiting for anybody to pull over for anything. I was picked up doing three miles over the posted speed limit and it cost me one hundred and eleven dollars. This guy would pull over his own Mom and give her a ticket.

Comment (6/2003): Your comment about being ticketed for $111.00 for 3 over the limit is a false statement. Something else besides the speeding is what cost you. It is a little misleading and sounds as if the speeding fine for 3 over is way out of line. Get real.

Comment (7/2003): Cant Be True....South Dakota has a 5 mile an hour speed limit law, if you are within 5 miles of the speed limit they wont pull you over unless they had other reasons for pulling you over.
