From the Alabama state line to Columbia Tn. the speed limit canges at least 12 times this is within about 45 miles give or take. Some limits may only be for 1/4 to 1/2 mile and than will drop. My wife got stopped on this road when the officer asked her if she knew the speed limit she asked him which one and he just walked away.There was two speed limits in sight>

Comment (5/2005): I live at m/m 14 and travel to nashville regularly.Maury Co. is the worst. until Saturn Pkwy.

Comment (1/2006): I Travel this road several times a month, and the worst times are the early morning hours in the 45 MPH zones. For those with radar detectors, beware of "instant on" radar.
